the location was really convenient , just a few minutes to the tube station. rooms were also quiet. the breakfast was delicious , with a rich and healthy selection.
the cleaner was really rude. they knocked on the door multiple times starting at 8am asking about our checkout time , even though it wasn't even 11am yet. the shower was only lukewarm. also , there was a lot of dust in the rooms.

The hotel is close to the train station, which I found useful. Many restaurants are nearby. I had a good variety of choices. The breakfast had many options and I enjoyed the variety .
The room doors are thin. I could hear hallway conversations.

Really Convenient Spot!

The hotel location is very ideal with Aldgate East tube stop just steps away. Tower Bridge and Sky Garden are nearby. I was able to walk. I enjoyed the Executive room, well-designed, quiet, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a very nice rich selection and friendly staff.
